Creditek

Creditek, a Genpact company, was founded in 1982 and acquired by Genpact (formerly GE Capital International Services) in 2005.

Creditek is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Genpact with operation centers in Wilkes-Barre (PA), Nashville (TN) & Parsippany (NJ) in USA, Juarez in Mexico and Jaipur in India. It provides Revenue Cycle Management services that help clients improve working capital by reducing profit leakage in such processes as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and forecast-to-fulfill. Healthcare payers and providers are serviced from the United States as well as Fortune 1000 clients in the consumer goods, manufacturing, automotive, entertainment, business services and food industries.
